Trevor Beale's Grandad's war

Trevor Beales, a retired window cleaner from Henley, heard Mike talking on Radio Berkshire about the Lest We Forget project earlier in the year. He contacted Mike and told him the story of his Grandad's war. Although not born in Henley, William Beale served and died at Rouen in 1917, when his widow and two children moved to Greys Road in Henley and his descendants have lived there ever since.
